42 DRUNKEN RAISINS
We use 42 North’s Oatmeal Cookie Brown Ale to enhance our oatmeal raisin cookie dough. The rich flavors from the brown ale marinate raisins to create a delicious simple syrup mixed into our dough. Ample amounts of cookie dough chunks are tossed in malted Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla ice cream.The raisins are drunk- but you won't be! Suitable for all ages
IRISH SLAMMER
Jamison chocolate ice cream with thick swirls of Bailey’s chocolate ganache and Guinness chocolate cake (Less than .5% alcohol content)
